Let's Fun Camp

Booking, Changes, Cancellations and Refunds Policy

Last updated: June 2026

By booking a place at our Summer Camp, the family accepts the following booking, changes, cancellation and refund conditions.

1. Booking a place

The student’s place is only reserved once the corresponding payment or the deposit indicated during the registration process has been received. Places are limited and are assigned in order of registration and payment.

Once the booking is confirmed, the camp begins organising groups, hiring staff, reserving facilities, and preparing materials, t-shirts, insurance and the activities for each week.

2. Right of withdrawal and date-specific services

The Summer Camp is a leisure, educational and sporting service with specific dates and weeks. For this reason, and in accordance with Spanish consumer regulations applicable to leisure services with a specific date or period, the booking of a place may be excluded from the general 14-day right of withdrawal when the contracted service corresponds to a specific week of the camp.

Nevertheless, in order to offer a fair and transparent policy for families, we apply the following cancellation and change conditions.

3. Cancellations requested by the family

Cancellations must be requested in writing by email, indicating the student’s name and the booked week.

The refund policy is as follows:

  • Cancellations made more than 30 calendar days before the start of the booked week: 80% refund of the amount paid.
  • Cancellations made between 15 and 30 calendar days before the start of the booked week: 50% refund of the amount paid.
  • Cancellations made less than 15 calendar days in advance: no refund will be given, as the place, staff, materials and the organisation of the week will already be committed.
  • Non-attendance of the student without prior notice: does not give the right to a refund.

Bank charges, payment fees, international transfer costs or currency exchange differences will not be assumed by the organisation.

4. Week changes

Week changes are not guaranteed. They may be requested in writing and are always subject to availability of places, group organisation, the student’s age and the needs of the camp.

  • Changes requested more than 15 days in advance: we will try to accept them at no additional cost, provided there is availability.
  • Changes requested less than 15 days in advance: may be rejected or subject to an administrative fee, especially if hiring, material purchases or group assignments have already been made.
  • Last-minute changes due to flight modifications, family holidays, travel changes or other personal circumstances beyond the organisation’s control cannot be guaranteed.

5. Illness or medical reason

In the event of illness or injury of the student, the family must provide a medical certificate. The organisation will study each case individually and may offer, subject to availability:

  • A change to another week of the camp.
  • A partial credit for another future activity.
  • A partial refund, deducting the expenses already committed.

Providing a medical certificate does not automatically guarantee a full refund of the amount paid.

6. Cancellation by the organisation

If the organisation has to cancel a full week of the camp for reasons attributable to the camp itself, the family will be offered one of the following options:

  • A change to another available week.
  • A credit for another activity.
  • A refund of the amount corresponding to the cancelled week.

7. Force majeure

In the event of force majeure circumstances beyond the organisation’s control, such as extreme weather conditions, official restrictions, health emergencies, closure of facilities by external order or other situations outside our control, the organisation will try to offer reasonable alternatives, such as a change of activity, a change of date or a partial credit, whenever possible.

8. Families travelling from abroad

Families travelling from abroad are responsible for arranging their flights, accommodation, travel insurance and other associated expenses. Flight changes, trip cancellations, transport problems, family changes or personal travel decisions will not oblige the camp to issue refunds outside the policy stated above.

We recommend taking out travel insurance that covers cancellations, illness or other unforeseen events.

9. Acceptance of the policy

By completing the registration and making the payment, the family declares that it has read, understood and accepted this Booking, Changes, Cancellations and Refunds Policy.

This policy applies in order to protect the proper organisation of the camp, the hiring of staff, the purchase of materials and the reservation of the facilities needed to provide a safe and quality service.
